However, all similarity remains there, since the device of this international patent lacks the rest of the elements available to the invention of the present specification, and has a totally differentiated operating system. In all the cases mentioned, the devices are designed as an element intended for a specific use (source, filter, water circulation ...), making it therefore desirable the appearance of a device that will be configured as a multipurpose base which would provide of characteristics such that it would allow the installation of different elements for different uses, so that with a same base it was possible to have a fountain or a whirlpool, for example, just by changing the upper module. For this, it will be necessary on the one hand the design of the clamping base that is capable of supporting different geometries. Since modifying the element that is available on the multipurpose base will vary the final geometry of the5 10 15 20 25 30 together and therefore the situation of its center of gravity, it will be necessary to have a support structure that supports these variations. On the other hand, to enable the connection of different elements to the multipurpose base, it will be necessary to have adapters adapted to the different types of connection of said elements, as well as to provide the possibility of regulating the flow and pressure according to the different needs of each one of them. Therefore, it is not known by the holders of the present invention of any device that offers these characteristics of modularity and adaptability to different geometric configurations and different types of connection, so it is considered to be configured as a novel element and endowed with inventive activity, thus fulfilling the patentability requirements that these types of inventions are required to provide protection. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The device recommended herein is configured from a hollow main body with an inverted L-shape, which we will now call the base, which is anchored to the edge of the pool and whose lower part is submerged under the Water. Inside it has an electrically powered water lifting equipment at low safety voltage which sucks the water and drives it to the top, where the connection elements are arranged for the different accessories that will be subsequently placed on the horizontal part from the base that rests on the edge of the pool. The fastening to the edge of the pool is carried out by means of a series of diverse anchors that allow the correct fixation of the base, providing at the same time the ability to support different types of accessories in the5 10 15 20 25 30 upper part as well as adaptability to the edge of the pool regardless of its morphology. For its part, the horizontal section will be parallel to the floor of the edge of the pool. Advantageously, both vertical and horizontal sections may have a joint that allows both parts to be rotated until they are parallel and thus reduce the size of the device for easy transport and storage. The power supply of the water lifting equipment will be carried out by any known method, this aspect being independent of the essentiality of the invention. The power supply can be carried out through a power regulation mechanism that allows the working regime of the water lifting equipment to vary. Inside, the base will have a water lifting equipment, as already indicated, as well as one or several pipes that will lead the water to the top, where we will find a series of adapters5 10 15 20 25 30 for the coupling of the rear accessories, as well as valves that allow the regulation of flow and pressure supplied to the accessory.
